- Open Android-based systems.
The second software element is the UTVS Client, which is installed on these remote devices. This client software is exclusively compatible with most Linux distributions and open Android platforms and necessitates a constant connection to the UTVS server.
The UTVS includes a pair of software components. The first is a web-based application that empowers users to manage remote devices, which encompass a range of options like

The user interface of UTVS has the capability to employ FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to transmit content to the remote UTVS clients. Users have the option to utilize their personal FTP server, as long as this server is accessible to the UTVS clients.
UTVS clients can seamlessly identify both passive and non-passive modes without requiring any extra modifications to be made to the FTP server.
UTVS also support AWS S3 buckets. When you acquire the UTVS package through a subscription, you receive a complimentary S3 bucket.
This bucket serves as an alternative to the FTP server and offers the advantage of circumventing complexities, particularly when dealing with an on-premise server that may not be directly accessible or only reachable via a VPN.
By utilizing the S3 bucket, the need for configuring VPNs for individual UTVS clients can be eliminated. Access to the S3 bucket is restricted solely to the subscribed user’s credentials, ensuring utmost security with encrypted data transmission. It’s worth noting that the S3 bucket is provided free of charge, with the stipulation that the user remains within a specified usage limit.
